Any surveys received that carry the WWW.surveytime.com logo were developed using our services, but were not sent by WWW.surveytime.com. Rather, they are sent by the party building the survey using their own e-mail service provider.

WWW.surveytime.com does not condone or allow SPAM (the term "SPAM" meaning the sending of unsolicited e-mail to parties unknown to the sender.) WWW.surveytime.com expressly forbids the use of any WWW.surveytime.com address as the source address on any unsolicited e-mail. WWW.surveytime.com will take active steps to investigate and remove the offending web survey or user account on notification of a violation.

In addition, WWW.surveytime.com has taken the following steps to defend against SPAM: Each user at the time of joining WWW.surveytime.com, agrees to follow our no SPAM rules as contained in our acceptable use policy. Our no SPAM policy, acceptable use policy, and a link for reporting violations of this nature are included on the policy pages on our site. WWW.surveytime.com has created an abuse@surveytime.com e-mail address, as a universal mailbox for people who are not aware of our form page and would like to report content abuses.

WWW.surveytime.com has a zero tolerance policy for random SPAM. If a survey residing on WWW.surveytime.com utilizes WWW.surveytime.com addresses or services in association with such activities any way, the survey will be subject to immediate deletion from WWW.surveytime.com, and that user's account will be terminated.
