To create a new Survey:

1. Login to WWW.surveytime.com
2. Click on Create/List Surveys
3. Enter in a descriptive name for the new survey in the provided Text Field box

After you register and name your survey, just select the question type you want. For example on the multiple choice question, tell the wizard how many answers you want to have on the question and then enter the question and answer text... it will show you what you have entered. You can click "back" and change the text or specifications for the question. When done with the third page of the wizard, click finish and the question will appear back in the builder... then add the next question type...

You can preview the actual questionnaire by clicking preview.
