Address Book Features

The address book contains three important components of managing an e-mail campaign:
  1. Define e-mail campaign groups,
  2. Upload e-mail addresses, and
  3. Build you e-mail letter and send it out

When you use the address book, the tracking of your respondents occurs automatically with the imbedded code automatically inserted in the invitation letter. Tracking allows you to view who has responded and to resend to those who have not responded.


Step 1: Define Your E-mail Groups

Step 2: Upload your e-mail addresses into the address book. Upload addresses by cutting and pasting from other sources. Up to 500 e-mail addresses can be uploaded at a time.

Please upload emails addresses in the following format:
email_1@test.com
email_2@test.com

IMPORTANT
Be sure that each address appears on a new line (press ENTER) after each record.

 
         

Step 3: Prepare and E-mail out your invitation. Complete the invitation letter, test it by sending it to yourself, and then send it out!
